Welcome and blessings

Reiki share is from 7pm to 9pm and is slightly split. Reiki 2 and 3 students only are able to attend the first slot from 7:00pm to 7:30pm giving them a chance to focus only on Reiki 2 level practices then from 7:30pm to 9pm the share is combined and Reiki 1, 2 and 3 students are all welcome to attend.

Reiki 1 students please note: As the first half an hour is for Reiki 2 & 3 students only please do not arrive early for the 7:30pm-9pm slot, please arrive on time.

Reiki share night will take place at You-Time, 38 Clements Green Lane, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex, CM3 5JP and it will be held on the last Friday of every month from 7:00pm until 9:00pm (please see share dates below for confirmation of dates and above for your Reiki level and what time to attend).

Tea, coffee, herbal teas or water are provided.

Agenda

Below is a brief outline of what Reiki share nights consist's of, it is subject to change at any time as each share is individual but is designed to give a guide to those of you who have not yet attended.

Evening will start with a chance to meet everyone and catch up with how things have been going for you since your course. You can discuss any discoveries you have made, progress etc.

Reiki share from 7pm - 7:30pm will consist of a small discussion of any queries or questions followed by chanting and working with symbols, distant healing and other practices only relevant to Reiki levels 2 and 3.

From 7:30pm to 9pm the share will be arranged as follows:
After a little discussion we will start with Joshin Kokyu Ho then a meditation or two on the precepts or we will experiment with other energy techniques. Students will have an opportunity to share their experiences.

Between 7:30pm and 9pm a time will then be dedicated to sharing Reiki between all those attending Reiki share night and will close with students receiving Reiju.

Please note that the above is always subject to change as our aim is to 'go with the flow' of each share night.

Tea, coffee, herbal teas or water will be available throughout the night but time will be given (at the end of the night) for students sit and have a quiet drink before starting their journey home.
