Welcome to Angel Inspirations Reiki Teaching UK site

My name is Nina Fotara M.C.Th.A and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher based in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. If you found this site through my practitioner site then you will allready know that I am also a home based Reiki Practitioner.

I am fully insured to teach and to practice Reiki and all certificates are on clear display at my practice. I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation and of the Complimentary Therapists Association.

Being a member of the UK Reiki federation ensures that I adhere to a strict code of contact with regards to my practice and also provides me with good practice codes and standards. Being a member of the Complimentary Therapists Association guarantees my ongoing professional development, every year it is mandatory that every registered therapist completes a number of courses, workshops, research etc in order to obtain the required number of credits to renew membership for the coming year.

As a Reiki Teacher I teach all three levels of traditional Japanese lineage Usui Reiki Ryoho. Usui Reiki Ryoho was passed to me by my Reiki Master Frans Stiene (co author, along with Bronwen Stiene, of The Reiki Sourcebook and The Japanese Art of Reiki, The A-Z of Reiki Pocketbook and The Reiki Techniques Card Deck, all of which I highly recommend).

Angel Inspirations is honoured to teach the traditional Japanese system of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho. Usui Reiki Ryoho means Usui Spiritual Energy Healing Method and is a non-Westernised form of Reiki which returns to 'the grass roots' of Usui Mikao's original teachings. Usui Reiki Ryoho includes physical, energy enhancing exercises to help practitioners enhance their Reiki practice. Usui Mikao's teachings passed the system of Reiki on not simply for hands-on-healing but primarily as a method of developing a student’s spiritual path.
