Welcome to Angel Inspirations Reiki Teaching site

My name is Nina Fotara and I am a Reiki Master/Teacher based in South Woodham Ferrers, Essex.

I am fully insured to teach and to practice Reiki. I am a member of the UK Reiki Federation, Shibumi and have voluntarily joined the list held the General Reiki Regulatory Council.

Being a member of the UK Reiki federation and GRRC ensures that I adhere to a strict code of contact with regards to my practice and also provides me with good practice codes and standards. It also guarantees my ongoing professional development, every year it is mandatory that every registered therapist completes a number of courses, workshops, research etc.

As a Reiki Teacher I teach all three levels of traditional Japanese lineage Usui Reiki Ryoho. Usui Reiki Ryoho was passed to me by my Reiki Master Frans Stiene (co author, along with Bronwen Stiene, of The Reiki Sourcebook and The Japanese Art of Reiki, The A-Z of Reiki Pocketbook , Your Reiki Treatment and The Reiki Techniques Card Deck, all books and tools that I highly recommend).

Angel Inspirations is honoured to teach the traditional Japanese system of Reiki called Usui Reiki Ryoho. Usui Reiki Ryoho means Usui Spiritual Energy Healing Method and is a non-Westernised form of Reiki which returns to 'the grass roots' of Usui Mikao's original teachings. Usui Reiki Ryoho includes physical, energy enhancing exercises to help practitioners enhance their Reiki practice. Usui Mikao's teachings passed the system of Reiki on not simply for hands-on-healing but primarily as a method of developing a student's spiritual path.
